  • チェックアウトの際には必ずスタッフが参りますので、チェックアウト予定時間をお知らせ下さい。

  • 台風の時など悪天候で利用予定の便が欠航の場合は全額返金致します。
    但し、欠航になると思っての自己判断でのキャンセルの場合には規定のキャンセルチャージが発生致します。予めご了承下さい。
    If the flight you plan to use is canceled due to bad weather such as a typhoon, we will give you a full refund. 
    However, in the case of advance cancellation, a prescribed cancellation charge will be incurred.
